Ocean Infinity is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Advisor to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of our technical and IT procedures, ensuring the highest standards of document quality across the company and maintaining a seamless project documentation process compliant with HSSEQ and ISO standards. The Quality Assurance Advisor reports directly to the Quality Assurance Lead and plays a crucial part in the HSSEQ team, assuring document quality and aiding in project management processes.

Reports to: QA Lead

What will you do:

  • Collaborate with technical and IT departments to understand, assess, and document existing procedures and workflows;
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of technical and IT procedures to identify areas for improvement, consistency, and efficiency;
  • Implement and uphold quality standards for documentation, ensuring alignment with ISO and HSSEQ requirements;
  • Allocate and manage version/revision control of documents, guaranteeing that the most recent, approved versions are readily accessible;
  • Act as a Controller in daily HSSEQ tasks, identifying potential risks and ensuring a safe, compliant environment;
  • Engage in the quality review process, making certain that documents meet or exceed project standards. Additionally, assist the QA Lead in reviewing, producing, and implementing new documentation;
  • Review client documents and requirements, manage communication regarding documentation from the project team to the client, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Experience from Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSEQ) management;
  • Thoughtful, thorough and conscientious;

  • Ability to take ownership and engagement in the work;
  • Integrity, credibility and maturity for confidential issues;

Desirable:

  • Document Control Certification, reflecting a deep understanding of document management processes;
  • Familiarity with IT processes, software development methodologies, and technical workflows;
  • Proven experience in managing, organizing, and controlling project documentation;
  • Experience using document management systems, such as Docmap and SharePoint;
  • Experience in establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and systems;
  • Strong understanding of quality management such as standards, regulations and applicable policies and procedures;
  • Good practical experience with office tools: MS Office, Google Drive, Teams, e-mail, among others;
